Annual review of field research in 2023

A year ago, the research team led by Professor Klaus Röttcher from the Institute for Sustainable Irrigation and Water Management in Rural Areas (INBW) of the Faculty of Building, Water and Soil started the first field trials in the 5G in Agriculture project.

5G innovation program: Uelzen district awarded contract

The district of Uelzen has received approval for implementation funding for the "5G in agriculture" project. The aim of the project is to test on trial areas how irrigation can be optimized in terms of irrigation quantity and timing by using 5G. You can read more details here...
